Shipping Policy

As the Silksbazaar is a marketplace and mandates to the sellers to sell only pure silk and pure silk blended with any other fabric’s related products, which can be designer, curated or assorted.

SilksBazaar ships domestically (within India) and internationally. Our shipping terms are:

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Shipping is free for all domestic orders. We ship via reputable courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. Typical processing time is 7–10 business days (order processing and dispatch), and delivery may take an additional 2–7 business days depending on location. Delivery times are estimates; actual delivery may vary based on location and courier conditions.
  • International Shipping: We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight/dimensions and destination. International shipping fees (courier charges, customs clearance, etc.) must be paid by the buyer and reflect actual costs. Import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for applicable rates. Delivery times for international orders can range from 10–30 business days or more, depending on destination and customs procedures.
  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and packed within 7–10 business days after payment. We ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to supply issues; we will notify you of any expected delays.
  • Address Changes: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We cannot reroute packages once shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for instructions. Reshipping or cancellation may incur additional charges.
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: SilksBazaar is not liable for lost packages once confirmed delivered by the courier. For damaged shipments, please photograph the damage and contact us immediately upon receipt so we can assist with a claim to the courier and arrange for replacement if applicable.

NOTE: Please do not accept any order if seal/package is broken/unsealed or tampered at the time of delivery; such orders will not be accepted if returned.

Delivery:

Silksbazaar make sure that we deliver globally and keep these words and this is our motto “Right Product at the Right Time at the Right Price”.

Currently the logistics time line is required 3-4 days for domestic and 8-10 days for the international shipping.

The above 8 and 21 days in the worst conditions and some place required the specified, so averagely the time of delivery should be as minimum. 

If there is any delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, Silksbazaar shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order.

Shipment Tracking:

Once the order has been shipped, Silksbazaar will notify you the tracking code, along with the website link on which you can monitor and check the status of your order.

The tracking ID will be activated only after 24hr, once the ID is generated. 

Partial Cash On Delivery (COD)

Partial COD is can be used as the payment method, remaining price is to be paid upfront at the time of placing order.
