Damage, Colour variations Details:
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We request you to make allowance for such variation in colour of the products as displayed on the website.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in colour as seen on the website as against the actual colour of the product received.
The colours red, maroon and orange colours have a tendency to reflect a different shade than other colours. There may be certain variations between the product of such colours as seen on website and actual product.
The colours green and blue at times may overlap. Same in the case with off-white, white and cream colours.
Sea Green colour sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
Products, which are embellished with sequins, beads may have a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent care.
Please note that for this purpose of woven fabrics by nature may have unfinished threads and it doesn’t come under damage and is not replaceable and refunded.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, silksbazaar have no control on those.
Silksbazaar offers the best quality products, because of the superior fabric (Pure Silk) nature. Moreover, we are with the customers and their protection.
Returns:
Customer protection enables you to make easy returns for:
a) If product is found defective, once you receive from the courier.
b) If product is damaged during the shipping – note please don’t accept the courier, if you find the courier is been damaged, tampered or opened.
c) If products are missing.
d) If the wrong products are sent.
e) If the product which is been sent and description, image is not matching as per actual purchased by the buyer.
All sarees from SilksBazaar are custom-made-to-order based on your specifications. Therefore, returns and exchanges are generally not allowed, except in the case of a product defect. This policy ensures we can offer high-quality, personalized garments at a fair price.

No Change-of-Mind Returns: Because each saree is tailored to your choices of design, fabric, or stitching, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection. As stated, “If you have made customization on Saree... it cannot be returned on grounds of not liking the product. NO RETURNS accepted in this case”.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a saree that is defective (e.g. fabric flaw, stitching error) or damaged during transit, you may request a replacement. To do so, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email (support@silksbazaar.com) with your order number and photographs clearly showing the defect. We will review the evidence. If we confirm a manufacturing defect or damage occurred, we will replace the item with the same or equivalent product at no additional cost to you.
- Procedure for Defects: After you file a complaint, our team will acknowledge it within 1-3 business day and provide instructions (e.g. whether to ship the item back to us, or if a local resolution is possible). We strive to resolve valid defects by either re-making the product or offering a suitable alternative. Replacement will be done promptly once we receive the original or determine it is defective.
- Proof of Defect: We require clear photographic evidence of the defect (before any repair or alteration). If you ship the item back to us, it must be in the condition received, unworn and with original tags, so we can inspect it. We do not accept returns if the defect is not confirmed by our team.
- No Refunds: We do not issue refunds (monetary) for any reason. Only replacement or store credit may be offered for confirmed defects.
- Exclusions: Once a saree has been altered by the customer (e.g. washed, ironed, or modified), any defect claim is void. Defects must be reported prior to any use or washing of the product. Also, minor natural variations in fabric (color shade, weave) are not considered defects under this policy.

Cancellation Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel an order before it is made/shipped, please contact us immediately. If production has not started, we may cancel and issue a credit voucher (not a refund). Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled.
In summary, custom-made sarees cannot be returned or replaced for simple buyer’s remorse or change of style. We only replace an item in case of a true defect. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept these terms of our Return & Replacement Policy.
