How do I place my order?
To place your order,
follow these steps:
Browse through our biggest catalog of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer the size info to find the correct size), if applicable and click on the ‘buy now or add to cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products in your cart).
‘In my cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.
Once the cart is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your details, shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.
How will I receive my order?
We will ship your product on your mentioned shipping address. We have tied up with reputed courier partners, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
How will I get confirmation that my order is placed successfully?
We'll send an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified, unless it’s a COD. Sit back, relax and wait for your awesome product to arrive.
How should I check the status of my order?

Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?
As per company policy, a shipment can't be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.
Why can't I track my order even though it has been shipped?
Courier services usually take upto 24 hours to activate tracking for an order once it's shipped. Please check again after the mentioned time frame.
What should I do if I don't get the invoice for my order?
Sellers send a hard copy of the invoice in the shipments. A soft copy is also emailed to you within 24 hours of delivery in the delivery confirmation email sent to your registered email ID.
How is a 'business day' different from a regular day?
Business days are otherwise known as working days of the week. The expected date of delivery is calculated based on business days. Typically, these include Monday through Saturday. Public holidays and Sundays are usually not considered.
How do I cancel order?
Please drop an email to email@example.com addressing reason
for cancelation, order ID, and other relevant information, to cancel any order,
with in stipulated time(i.e, with in 12 hrs of the time of ordered), to avoid

How can I return a product?
To return your order, follow these simple steps:

How do returns work?
You can raise a request to return
your items with these simple steps:
1. Log into your Silksbazaar account
2. Go to Orders history
3. Click on “View” and 'Return' against the item you wish to return
4. Fill in the details and raise a return request
Once you raise a request, you'll get an email confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund. You can also track the status of your return request instantly from the 'Returns' section of your Silksbazaar account.
How will I get my refund for returning a product I paid for with Cash on Delivery?
For your Cash on Delivery order, you can choose the below refund modes in case you return the item:
1) NEFT – Once the return order is confirmed from the seller, our executive will ask for the bank details, which we will refund the amount for the same.
I've still not received the refund in my bank account?
If you have received a mail from us
confirming your refund request, it means that the refund has been initiated.
You can also contact your bank with the ARN you would have received for an
update on the status of your refund.
In the rare event of the amount not being credited by the date promised, you can contact us as we will work with the bank to get it done.
What are the modes of refund available after cancellation/returns?
The different refund modes available
1. Back to source - available for orders with all sellers. The amount is refunded to the payment mode that was originally used to pay for the order
2. NEFT transfers - available for all Cash-on-Delivery orders. As per policy, cash refunds are not possible.
When are refunds given?
Refunds are given when:
- The seller cannot provide a replacement
- A dispute has been ruled in your favor in-line with Buyer Protection
- Sellers allow refunds on select categories under certain conditions

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order.
For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
Why have I been asked to ship the product?
When pickup facility is not available
for your location as per the courier service providers, you may be asked to
ship the item back to the seller. Since the seller can arrange for a refund or
a replacement only after the item reaches them, please make sure that the item
is sent to the address mentioned in the return related email within 15 days of
the email being sent to you.
The seller may not be able to proceed with the return request if the item does not reach the specified address within 15 days.

What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash on Delivery is a mode of payment in which you can pay cash at the time of delivery of your order. You can also pay using a credit card/ debit card if the Courier Executive carries a swiping machine.
How does the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option work?
Silksbazaar's Cash on Delivery option allows you to pay order
value at the time of delivery for all orders less than Rs. 20,000.
To pay for any order using Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment, please select the 'Cash On Delivery' option on the payment page.
Cash on Delivery option is available only in selected pin codes.
However, the COD limit may differ from customer to customer depending upon the order rejection percentage from a particular customers registered email id. For avoidance of doubt, 'Order Rejection Percentage' shall mean any undelivered orders, which are returned from the address provided by the customer even, after two successful delivery attempts.
What should I do if my payment fails?
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the
information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing
addresses and passwords.
If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page to place your order.
If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank. For any further clarification, you can email us on email@example.com
Are there any hidden charges?
There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount
that you see in your order summary.
International orders might differ.
How do I pay using Silksbazaar's credit card EMI option?
When you're prompted to choose a
payment method for your order, select EMI and then choose the bank and the plan
you would prefer. Enter your credit card and follow the prompts. Once the
payment is authorized, your order will be processed and shipped.
You'll need to pay the total amount in the predetermined number of installments as per your credit card billing cycles.
Please note, an amount equivalent to your card limit will be blocked on the day of the transaction, your card limit will be reset with every successful EMI payment.
Is it safe to save my cards on Silksbazaar?
Silksbazaar’s Payment gateway, our PG providers use the highest possible

credit card and debit card payments through secure and trusted payment gateways

How do I check the status of my order?

What is the delivery time period?
For orders within India, delivery time is 7 - 8 working days.
For International orders, delivery time is 14-21 working days.
Currently the logistics time line is required 3-4 days for domestic and 8-10 days for the international shipping.
Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and order type such as “pre-order” or “made on order products”.
Do you apply any shipping charges?
For orders within India, there is no shipping charge.
For International orders, the shipping and handling charges are paid by the Customer while placing the Order.
The International Consignments are also liable for applicable customs duties and taxes as prevalent in the respective destination countries and an additional handling charge by the shipper that facilitates the customs clearance.
We have done our best to
display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web
site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we
cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We
request you to make allowance for such variation in colour of the products as
displayed on the website.
A customer must place an
order keeping in mind this minor variation in colour as seen on the website as
against the actual colour of the product received.
The colours red, maroon
and orange colours have a tendency to reflect a different shade than other
colours. There may be certain variations between the product of such colours as
seen on website and actual product.
The colours green and blue
at times may overlap. Same in the case with off-white, white and cream colours.
Sea Green colour sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
Products, which are
embellished with sequins, beads may have a tendency to come off, in spite of
all prudent care.
Silksbazaar does not offer any blouse stitching service or alteration services.
Every sarees comes with running blouse only, if running blouse is not available, then we will put up in every product page. We do not offer any separate blouse pieces. Blouses shown in product pictures are just for representation purpose only.
Blouse colour is dependent on saree theme and we do not accept any claims related to blouse color in the saree.
Please note that Handloom silk sarees by nature have unfinished threads in saree and it doesn’t come under damage.
