As the Silksbazaar is a marketplace and mandates to the sellers to sell only pure silk and pure silk blended with any other fabric’s related products, which can be designer, curated or assorted.

Delivery:

Silksbazaar make sure that the sellers deliver globally and keep these words and this is our mottoRight Product is at the Right Time at the Right Price”.

The time within the sellers are required to ensure to delivery the products to the buyer shall be within the 8 days for the delivery within India and within 21 days for the delivery outside India.

Currently the logistics time line is required 3-4 days for domestic and 8-10 days for the international shipping.

The above 8 and 21 days in the worst conditions and some place required the specified, so averagely the time of delivery should be as minimum.

If there is any delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, Silksbazaar shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order.

We offer Free shipping all around the India, irrespective of any price.

Standard Terms and Conditions apply, and Silksbazaar reserves rights to alter or terminate this promotion. 

International orders, shipping charges are as follows

We ship to most countries across the world except a few where reliable and consistent courier services are not available.

In all International Shipping, the shipping and handling charges are paid for by the Customer while placing the Order.
The International Consignments are also liable for applicable customs duties and taxes as prevalent in the respective destinations, and an additional handling charge by the courier company that facilitates the customs clearance.
All customs duties/taxes and handling charges at the destination country are payable entirely by the Customer.
Our international shipping charges are very minimal and the more you buy, the more you save. Rates are as follows.
The international shipping charge is INR 2000/- on single product delivery. Further, an extra charge of INR 1000/- is added to every consecutive product along with it.
For example,
If you buy only 1 saree, the shipping charge is Rs.2000.
If you buy 2 silk sarees, the shipping charge is Rs.3000.
If you buy 3 silk sarees, the shipping charge is Rs.4000.
If you buy 4 silk sarees, the shipping charge is Rs.5000.
If you buy 5 silk sarees, the shipping charge is Rs.6000.

If you buy 6 silk sarees, the shipping charge is Rs.7000. and goes on....

Taxes and Import Duties( if any)

Delivery of items to buyers located in places where octroi or other local taxes and levies are charged buyer will be liable to pay the same to the courier company even though the listing mentioned no such octroi, taxes or levy.

Shipment Tracking:

Once the order has been shipped, Silksbazaar will notify you the tracking code, along with the website link on which you can monitor and check the status of your order.

The tracking ID will be activated only after 24hr, once the ID is generated.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

COD is can be used as the payment method only if the order value is below Rs. 20,000.

Please enter your area pin code in the product page, to see weather your pin code is eligible for the COD.

The order amount has to be paid in full to the delivery person before receiving the package. The package can be opened only after the payment is made.

NOTE: Please do not accept any order if seal/package is broken/unsealed or tampered at the time of delivery; such orders will not be accepted if returned.
